Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from PB TwentyFive. As your product is classified as a cosmetic product and is licensed under EU Legislation (EU No.1223/2009), returns and exchanges are not always possible if the product has been opened. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage and refunds will be made for the cost of the goods and the cost of postage for the order will not be refunded.
Please note if your product is unused and the seal has not been broken, and you wish to return it to us, we can offer you full refund or exchange, if you notify us within 7 days.
If you've been sent an incorrect order, or the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will be more than happy to replace the product, or exchange it.
